December 2012 Training

This December, the Campaign to End Child Homelessness will be providing a free online training series for service providers working with young children (ages 4-6) experiencing homelessness. This training will focus on our innovative curriculum – PEACH (Physical and Emotional Awareness for Children Who Are Homeless) – which teaches young children about good nutrition, physical activity, and how to deal with the stress of being homeless.

This two-part, online training series will introduce organizations to the PEACH curriculum and help staff create an action plan to implement PEACH in their shelter or transitional living setting.

Participating organizations will receive the full 16-session curriculum and toolkit ($250 value) and follow-up consultation free of charge. Organizations taking part in this training will be asked to complete a short evaluation of both the training and the PEACH program.

Organizations interested in participating should review the eligibility criteria and complete the application below. There are a limited number of spots available.
